TENAC (“we”, “us”) builds customer acquisition, conversion and retention systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through tenac.co, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
1.Information we collect
Information you send us. When you request a growth strategy call, we receive what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, website, industry, monthly lead volume, biggest challenge, growth objective, budget range and preferred contact method.
Revenue Leak Diagnostic and Growth Calculator. Your answers and numbers are processed in your browser to show your result. We do not receive or store them.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government identification, and you should not send them to us.
2.How we use it
- To reply to your request and discuss whether a growth system is a fit.
- To prepare for and follow up on calls you ask for.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
3.Legal basis and consent
We use the details in the contact form only because you give them to us and tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
4.Who processes your information
We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website and may keep standard server logs.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
5.Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
6.How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you become a client, project information is handled under our written agreement. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
7.Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email destinybarida85@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
8.Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to inquiry details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
