TENAC designs, builds, connects and launches customer acquisition, follow-up and retention systems for businesses, and helps measure and improve them within an agreed scope.

Business results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, offer, traffic, existing conversion rates, pricing, team and how well the system is used. We do not guarantee any particular increase in leads, sales, revenue or retention. Any figures on this site or in our calculators are illustrations, not promises or forecasts.

The Revenue Leak Diagnostic and Growth Calculator give general, illustrative estimates based only on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, legal or professional advice and are not verified metrics.

Submitting the contact form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract. Work begins only after we both agree on a written scope, timeline and fees.

• Give us accurate information and timely access to the tools and accounts needed for the project.
• Make sure you have the right to use your customer data and to contact those customers (for example, consent for emails and messages).
• Follow the terms of any third-party platforms we set up for you.

Systems we build may rely on third-party software. Those providers set their own prices, features and terms, and we are not responsible for changes to or outages of their services.

Client logos and reviews on this site are shown with the clients’ knowledge. If you believe something shown here is inaccurate or should be removed, contact us and we will address it promptly.

The TENAC name, logo, site design and written content belong to TENAC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in your written agreement.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, send spam through the contact form, or use it for anything unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and TENAC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or the tools on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms, and the “last updated” date shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TENAC is established, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
